Oh sweetheart, you don't need pills or powders to get to a healthier weight. The best and only way that should be promoted is to eat a balanced diet of WHOLE foods (fruits, vegetables, monounsaturated fatty acids, proteins and wholegrain carbs). And every in moderation!
